Booking & cancellation policies

Booking your session or photo tour:

To confirm your classic car photo or video session in Havana, or any of our photo tours, a deposit of 50% of the total price of the contracted service is required.

The date and time of your service (photo session, video package or photo tour) are only secured after the deposit has been received.

The remaining 50% of the contracted service is payable on the day of the activity, before it starts.

Cancellations by the client:

If you cancel at least 7 days before the activity date, you can reschedule your session or photo tour at no extra cost, subject to availability.

If you cancel between 3 and 6 days before the activity, the 50% deposit is non‑refundable, but you can use it as a credit to rebook within the next 3 months (subject to availability).

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the activity, or do not show up on the day, the 50% deposit for the contracted service will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or used as credit.

Refunds:

When a refund is applicable, it will be made using the same payment method used for the booking, within a maximum of 10 days.

Changes and rescheduling:

You can request a change of date or time at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability.

Changes requested less than 7 days before the activity may be treated as a cancellation and therefore subject to the cancellation policy above.

Weather conditions and force majeure:

If weather conditions are not suitable for the experience (heavy rain, storms or other situations that seriously affect the session), we can reschedule the activity to another date or time at no extra cost, subject to availability.

If, due to force majeure (health issues, travel restrictions, external causes), it is not possible to carry out the session or photo tour, we will agree on a new date or, in exceptional cases, a partial refund or credit towards a future booking.

Changes by the photographer:

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel the session or photo tour (due to illness or other force majeure reasons), you will be able to choose between rescheduling the activity or receiving a full refund of any payments or deposits made.
